We do provide the delivery florists with the recipient information you provide for product delivery purposes only.

We will collect personal information including your credit card number and shipping information. This information will only be used to fulfill your order and will not be shared with anyone other than the florist who fills the order. Telephone numbers and email addresses will only be used to contact you or your recipient, regarding the order should the need arise.

Customers who supply us with their telephone number(s) or email address may receive telephone calls or email from us with information or requests for information regarding orders they have placed online. For your benefit, please provide us with your correct phone number(s) and/or email address. We will not contact you or your recipient for any other reason.


Disclosure of your personal information.

We will not disclose information that you may give us as the result of placing an order, such as your or your recipient's name, address, email address, or telephone number to any other persons, unless that information is essential to fill an order you have placed in our trust, or unless we are required to do so by law. If the order is sent anonymously or with a disguised name, see next paragraph.


Anonymous or disguised sender orders.

Although we will accept an order where a sender wishes to remain anonymous, if the recipient calls to request the sender's name, we will reveal the senders real name without notice to the sender.

If you send an order anonymously or with a false name on the gift card, please do not call us to find out if and when the order was delivered. If the recipient can't figure out who sent the flowers or doesn't call you right away, this means only that you shouldn't have sent the order anonymously or with a disguised name, in the first place.

You must provide us with the name on the credit card being used for the purchase. Banks will not accept credit card transactions without the purchasers name. We can not verify phone numbers and address if the only names we have are anonymous or diguised as 'Guess who', 'Snuggle Bunny', 'da man' etc. We will decline an order if we can not clearly determine the sender's or recipient's real name, address, phone number, etc. If you don't know the address, or the phone number of the recipient simply indicate n/a on the order form. We'll try to determine the information ourselves. If we can't we'll contact you.


SPAM (unsolicited email) and email attachments:

We dislike spam, and will never expose our customers to spam. We do not send unsolicited email (spam), and do not appreciate getting it.

We never send any attachments of any kind in our emails. If you recieve an attachment from us, please delete the message, it is not from us.

We never open email attachments. We delete the message unread and un opened. If you wish to communicate with us please do so in a plain text email.

Your order will be filled to the specified amount with products of an equal or greater value. If one of our preferred florists is out of a particular item, we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.


Method of payment:

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.


Currency:

All products are presented in US dollars, and credit cards are charged in US dollars. The exchange from one currency to another is performed by your financial institution, and the final amount will appear on your credit card statement in your currency.


Delivery policy:

americas-florists.com facilitates the delivery of quality floral products nationwide. Although you should place your order as far in advance as possible, we can process your order for same day delivery, Monday through Saturday, if you order prior to 11:00 AM of the recipient's time zone. We can not make deliveries on Sunday or on major holidays and we can not guarantee a specific time of day for delivery. You may however choose either morning or afternoon delivery. We urge you to place your order at least two to three days before the date needed, especially prior to any major holiday. Your order will be delivered on the date you specify during the ordering process.

Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Secretary's Day and Mother's Day)

  • While we are pleased to offer our customers same day delivery on orders placed as late as 11:00 AM in the recipients time zone on a regular non-holiday day, the high volume of orders we handle during holiday weeks prevents us from guaranteeing same day delivery.
  • Please choose a delivery date 2-3 days before the holiday to ensure your orders are delivered on time for these important days.

Non-Holidays

  • Orders received after 11:00 AM, in the recipient's time zone, can be delivered the following day.
  • Orders received after 11:00 AM on Saturday can be delivered on Monday.
  • We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. You may however choose either morning or afternoon delivery.
  • Sunday delivery is NOT available.


Guarantee:

We guarantee that you floral arrangement will be fresh and beautiful. Your satisfaction is our first priority! We pride ourselves on the fact that we deliver only the highest quality flowers from the best florists in United States. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact as soon as possible at 1-888-682-7719 (Within 48 hours, please!). If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted as soon as possible by email. Conversely, if you have a problem, please don't hesitate to contact us.


Order status:

We will keep you informed of the progress of your order during the entire process.

  1. Once you click the 'Send your order' button, your order is sent to our server. You will get an automatic email confirmation of your order. This should happen in less than 1 minute.
    (if not, please check that you have not mistyped your email address. If you have then just send a message with the correct address. Click on americas-florists.com correct email

    If the address is correct, send yourself a message to see if your mail server is working. If you get your message then just send us your email address. Click on americas-florists.com correct email

    If not, there is a problem with your email server. Don't worry, we've recieved your order, but you won't be able to get any of the three confirmations that we'll send you. Your order will be filled and delivered.)
  2. Within the course of the current or next business day, you'll recieve an email that we have verified your order and charged your credit card.
  3. Within the course of the current or next business day, or sometime before the delivery you'll recieve an email that confirms that delivery has been scheduled for the date requested.


Cancellation of orders:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final upon delivery. However, if there is a problem, please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of delivery. As always, your satisfaction is our first priority.

  • offered at an incorrect price
  • if the customers credit card is declined by the customer's financial institution
  • if the credit card information provided is inaccurate
  • if the sender's information provided is inaccurate or incomplete

  • if we are not able to complete the order for any reason beyond our control


Refunds:

We will refund any credit card charged the full amount charged if we cancel an order at our option.


Complaints:

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our products and services, our procedure for handling your grievance will be fair, effective and confidential. If you do have a complaint please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or email. Please have your order details on hand. Upon receipt we will investigate and if necessary contact the florist responsible for delivery of your order. They may wish to pick up the flowers in order to check them and offer any advice that may be needed. If there is clearly a problem the flowers will be replaced or you may ask for your money to be returned.

We will do our very best to reach a satisfactory outcome for all concerned. We undertake to respond to your complaint within 2 working days and resolve the problem within 7 working days. We will keep you fully informed during the complaints procedure. We monitor any complaints and welcome any customer comments to enable us to continue to improve our levels of service.
