Although we will accept an order
where a sender wishes to remain anonymous, if the
recipient calls to request the sender's name, we will
reveal the senders real name without notice to the

with a false name on the gift card, please do not
call us to find out if and when the order was
delivered. If the recipient can't figure out who sent
the flowers or doesn't call you right away, this
means only that you shouldn't have sent the order
anonymously or with a disguised name, in the first

on the credit card being used for the purchase. Banks
will not accept credit card transactions without the
purchasers name. We can not verify phone numbers and
address if the only names we have are anonymous or

etc. We will decline an order if we can not clearly
determine the sender's or recipient's real name,
address, phone number, etc. If you don't know the
address, or the phone number of the recipient simply
indicate n/a on the order form. We'll try to
determine the information ourselves. If we can't
we'll contact you.

Delivery policy:

for same day delivery, Monday through Saturday, if

time of day for delivery. You may however choose
either morning or afternoon delivery. We urge you to place your order at least two
to three days before the date needed, especially

Holidays (Thanksgiving,
Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Secretary's Day
and Mother's Day)

our customers same day delivery on orders
placed as late as 11:00 AM in the recipients
time zone on a regular non-holiday day, the
high volume of orders we handle during
holiday weeks prevents us from guaranteeing
same day delivery.
- Please choose a delivery date
2-3 days before the holiday to ensure your

Non-Holidays
- Orders received after 11:00

delivered the following day.
- Orders received after 11:00 AM
on Saturday can be delivered on Monday.

delivery time. You may however choose either
morning or afternoon delivery.
